1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using DUMBA's platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our service.

2. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.

3. Renter Responsibilities

  • Provide valid identification and driver's license
  • Return the vehicle in the same condition as received
  • Pay rental fees and any additional charges on time
  • Comply with all traffic laws and safety regulations
  • Report any vehicle damage or issues immediately

4. Host Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate vehicle descriptions and photos
  • Ensure vehicles are in safe, roadworthy condition
  • Conduct proper verification of renters
  • Honor agreed booking terms
  • Maintain current vehicle insurance and registration

5. Insurance & Liability

All rental vehicles must have valid insurance. DUMBA offers optional damage insurance. Users agree that they are responsible for any damage to the vehicle beyond normal wear and tear. DUMBA is not liable for personal injuries or property damage occurring during rentals.

6. Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the rental start time for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the rental amount.

7. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes between renters and hosts will be handled through DUMBA's dispute resolution process. Both parties agree to cooperate in good faith to resolve issues within 30 days.

8. Prohibited Activities

Users agree not to:

  • Use the platform for illegal purposes
  • Engage in fraud or deceptive practices
  • Harass or discriminate against other users
  • Interfere with platform operations
  • Share false information or reviews

9. Termination of Account

DUMBA reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms, fraudulent activity, or safety concerns.

10. Limitation of Liability

DUMBA is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, DUMBA is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

11. Changes to Terms

DUMBA reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
